Lovely hilltop location, stunning views, friendly and helpful owners, clean and well-maintained with a spacious lounge area and terrace, delicious and substantial breakfast. Parking available, easy to explore town on foot. Nearby cafe with a charming terrace and entertaining parrot.

We had a great time at Casa Da Arvore. the homely atmosphere, delicious welcome drink, and honesty bar with affordable wine made our stay enjoyable. the balcony view was amazing, and the early breakfast was accommodated for our group of friends. the selection of local produce at breakfast was fantastic, especially the delicious cakes. We would definitely stay here again.
Felt so well taken care of, no complaints at all.

The hotel is located in a picturesque town with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the room had a nice balcony with amazing vistas. the breakfast served was delicious and there was a cozy sitting room to relax in.

I had such a wonderful stay at Casa Da Arvore in Marvao. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, I couldn't get enough of it. The couple who run the place were so friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location was excellent, with the castle and various restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a charming property with a winemaking museum and lovely garden. the owner Joaquim was friendly and gave us all the information we needed about the hotel and the village. the room was spacious, clean, and had a well-ventilated bathroom. the Wi-Fi was excellent and breakfast was delicious, with options based on each guest's request. Free parking near the hotel was also a plus. Cons: No issues 👍.

At Casa Da Arvore Guest House, we were welcomed by a lovely couple who made us feel right at home. the hosts were incredibly friendly and treated us like welcome friends. the location of the guest house offered a truly spectacular view, especially during sunset with a cup of port wine in hand. the beds were comfortable, the showers were clean with hot water, and the breakfast spread was delicious and well-organized. We also appreciated the extra touches, such as the port wine provided at night.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful valley and hills in the distance. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, offering a delicious breakfast that was served on time and as per our preferences. the option to make dinner reservations at local restaurants was a convenient and much-appreciated gesture.
We were a bit disappointed with the soft and sinking mattress in our room. It was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

I was blown away by the breathtaking views from the balcony on the upper floor. The location of Casa Da Arvore Guest House couldn't be better. The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Despite some minor dated elements, the accommodation was adequate. I enjoyed the continental breakfast, although it could have included more local specialties. Casa Da Arvore has excellent walking, BTT, and horse riding paths in the region. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly hosts.

We stayed at Casa Da Arvore for two nights during our visit to Marvao. The location was excellent, offering fantastic views from the balcony on the upper floor. The couple who run the guest house were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The accommodations were adequate, although slightly dated, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast provided a good variety of jams and a selection of fruits. we had a great time and would love to stay there again.
I do recommend this hotel.
